Return Policy – Classy Boutique

1. Return Window
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that Flash Sale items, free gifts, swimsuits, lingerie, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Proof of Delivery
Please retain your delivery receipt or shipping voucher and present it to our customer service team to process your refund.

3. How to Return
You may drop off your return package at your nearest post office or contact the post office to schedule a pickup.

Before sending any items back, please contact our customer service team at support@classyboutique.com to receive the correct return address.


Return Conditions

1. Non-Defective Items
For items without quality issues, returns will only be accepted if the product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. All returns must be authorized by our customer service team.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is damaged, the wrong size, or not as described, please contact customer service with clear photos showing the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide you with the return address promptly.


Eligible Return Reasons

Customers may request a return or refund for the following reasons:

  • Received the wrong item(s)

  • Item(s) damaged upon arrival

  • Item(s) not as described

  • Missing item(s) in the order

  • Poor quality or faulty workmanship


Return Process

To ensure a smooth return experience, please follow these steps:

  1. If your item meets the return criteria, contact our customer service at support@classyboutique.com with the following details:

    • Order number

    • Product name or SKU

    • Reason for return

  2. Our support team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the return address provided and send us the tracking number along with a copy of the return receipt.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of confirmation.


Return Address Notice

Do not send your return to the sender’s address on the original package. Returns should only be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team.
